I'm testing some new ideas, and I’d love your help.
After a little time away on maternity leave, I’m easing back into the swing of things — and I’m ready to try something new.
I’ve recently added a beautiful new lens to my kit, and I’ll be experimenting with some gentle movement and short-form video alongside still portraits.
These sessions will be relaxed, fun, and creatively driven — and I’m looking for a handful of families to come along for the ride.
There’s no catch — just a genuine opportunity to be part of something a little different as I step back behind the camera and stretch my creative muscles again.
I’m looking for:
A mix of real families with different dynamics —
Think:
Newborns (in-studio or at home)
Families with toddlers
Families with older children
Extended families
Families with pets
Sessions will take place either on location, at your home, or in my studio (newborns only) — depending on what suits your family best.
What’s included:
If selected, you’ll receive:
A complimentary family photography session (no session fee)
A 10x7” matted print of your favourite image to say thank you
Any short video clips I create during your session (approx. 3–5 clips, 3–5 seconds each)
The opportunity to view your images and purchase additional images, if you wish — no pressure at all
Important details:
Sessions will take place between now and the end of September
Families must be willing to sign a model release (allowing me to use the images and video clips on my website and social media)
You’ll be photographed by me, Sam Kuruvita, and the session will be easygoing and child-led as always
