When does my giftcard expire?
Your giftcard is valid for 6 months from the date you register it. I ask that you register the card within 7 days of receiving it.
Do I have to come in for a consultation?
Yes! It is mandatory that you come into the studio for a pre-shoot consultation before I will even schedule a photoshoot.
I use this consultation to get to know you, and your family, and to start planning the shoot with you, we will go over location and clothing and I’ll be able to get a sense of what you want to do with your images. It’s also an opportunity to go over all of the different products available and talk about their pricing.
Can I use my giftcard for commercial photography?
No, your portrait photography giftcard can only be used for portrait photography. But if you have products, an event or staff members which you would like photographed, please get in touch. I only take on a few select commercial clients each year as I like to focus on my families.
What will my giftcard get me?
Your giftcard will cover the cost of your portrait session ($150) plus will give you $100 credit to spend towards any images you wish to purchase. Normally my families will end up spending more than the $100 credit, but there is no obligation to do so. I have no minimum purchase and offer payment plans so you can spread out your payments.
Can I use multiple giftcards at once?
Unfortunately no, if you do have multiple giftcards, I am more than happy to extend the expiry of one for a further 12 months, so you can use them separately. Alternatively you may always pass one along to someone who would love to have their family photographed.
I have a $200 giftcard, will I still recieve $100 print credit?
Yes! At the end of 2018 I changed my pricing structure, which does affect anyone with a $200 giftcard. All $200 giftcards have been changed to a $250 giftcard and any $200 will be treated as $250. These still cannot be redeemed for cash,
